<br />EASEMENT
<br />THIS EASEMENT MADE A140-ENTERED INTO by and between LUTHER F.
<br />PETERS and LaVONNE R. PETERS, husband and wife, (hereinafter referred
<br />to as "Grantor"), and DON P. CARTER and DOUGLAS J. CARTER, as equal
<br />tenants in common, (hereinafter referred to as "Grantee ").
<br />WHEREAS, Grantor is the record title holder of the following �..,•
<br />described real property, (hereinafter referred to as Parcel A)� %.
<br />. The West Seventeen feet (V271) of Lot Two (2) , Block Twenty -
<br />six (26), Original Town of Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />WHEREAS,.:'.Grantee is the record title holder of the following
<br />described real propertiy` (hereinafter referred 'tb as Parcel B):
<br />Lot One (1) and the East Eight feet (E8') of Lot Two (2), `
<br />-Block Twentysix (26), Original Town of Wood River, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska; and
<br />WHEREAS, Grantee desires an ingress- egress right -of -way over
<br />and across Parcel.A to provide Grantee with access to Parcel B and
<br />Grantor has agreed to provide such an easement.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the sale of Parcel B to
<br />the Grantee, Grantor does hereby grant and convey to Grantee, their
<br />heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns an ingress -
<br />egress right -of -way over and across the following described portion of
<br />Parcel A: _ —_ - --
<br />The South Forty -five feet (S950) of the West Seventeen feet
<br />(W171) of Lot Two (2), Block Twenty -six (26) , Original Town
<br />of Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The easement set forth herein is held by the Grantee, their
<br />heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns as appurtenant
<br />to the land described herein, and shall be considered and construed as
<br />a covenant running with the above described real estate. Said ease-
<br />ment shall inure and extend to the benefit of the heirs, personal
<br />representatives, successors, lessees, licensees, agents, employeas;,
<br />and visitors' of the parties hereto, and shall continue in full force
<br />and effect until abrogated or annulled by mutual agreement.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties hereto have signed this
