Fegley and Jodi L. Fegley, Husband and <br />Wife, do GRANT, SELL, TRANSFER and DELIVER unto Stanley E. Obermiller and Linda K. <br />Obermiller, Husband and Wife, their heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, the following <br />goods and chattels: <br />Brown Cabin, New Outhouse and Utility Shed on the River at G.I.
