Miller, <br />individually and as Personal Representative of the Estate of Audrey L. Howard, Deceased, filed <br />a Complaint against Defendant, Clayton L. Green, affecting the real estate herein described in <br />the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska at Case No. CI19-365, the object and prayer of <br />which is to impose to impose a constructive trust or resulting trust in regard to the following - <br />described real property located in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />The Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter <br />(NE 1 /4NW 1 /4NE 1 /4) of Section Thirty -Four (34), Township Eleven (11) North, Range <br />Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska except a certain tract recorded in <br />Deed Book 71, Page 239, a certain tract recorded as Document 80-006738 and Document <br />80-006739. <br />Denise Larkin, Byron Miller, Valerie Galvan and Gary O'Berg have consented to be <br />joined as Plaintiffs. <br />
