. <br />D <br />P <br />(g -V <br />�Q l <br />Zr Ft. <br />C.) <br />.-try <br />_1 <br />r— <br />C:t <br />"—� c_ —4 <br />�1 rT1 <br />r T'� <br />CO �7 . <br />r7 <br />r CO <br />r <br />r <br />DO NOT WRITE ABOVE THIS LINE — FOR REGISTER OF DEEDS USE ONLY <br />ELECTRIC TRANSMISSION RIGHT-OF-WAY EASEMENT <br />/ SOUTHERN PUBLIC POWER DISTRICT <br />�/ PO BOX 1687, GRAND ISLAND NE 68802-1687 <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the undersigned KABOOM, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability <br />company for and in consideration of the amount set forth in this easement, does hereby grant unto Southern Public <br />Power District (hereinafter the District); a public corporation whose post office address is Grand Island, Nebraska, <br />and to its successors or assigns; the right to enter upon the lands of the undersigned, situated in the County of Hall <br />State of Nebraska and more particularly described as follows: <br />SEE EXHIBIT "A" ATTCHED HERETO AND BY THIS REFERENCE MADE A PART HEREOF <br />The District shall have the right to ingress and egress across and along the grantors property for any purpose in <br />connection with its survey, construction, operation, maintenance, inspection, repair, removal, alteration, relocation, <br />and reconstruction of said overhead electric facilities and related equipment. <br />The District shall have the right at any time to trim or remove such trees and underbrush as may in any way <br />endanger or interfere with the safe construction, operation, maintenance, alteration, or reconstruction of its overhead <br />electric facilities and equipment used in connection therewith. <br />In granting this easement it is understood that at pole locations, only a single pole will be used, and that the location <br />of the poles will be such as to form the least possible interference to farm operations, so long as it does not <br />materially increase the cost of construction. <br />Compensation for this easement shall be in the amount of $25.00 per pole and/or anchor placed on the <br />lands of the undersigned. Payment will be made after construction plans are final and number of poles and/or <br />anchors can be determined.
