<br />were entitled to notice according to Federal or State statute, or according to the Deed of Trust, referenced
<br />herein; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Trustee has complied with all of the provisions of the Nebraska Trust Deeds Act.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, Security State Bank, Trustee under the Deed of Trust herein referenced, as
<br />aforesaid, in consideration of the premises and by virtue of the powers vested in it by law and by the
