<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, O
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated August 14, 1996, and executed by Donald P Carter & G Janice
<br />Carter, husband and wife, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska on August 15, 1996, entered as Document No. 96- 106262, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />LOT ONE (1) AND THE EAST ONE HALF (E1/2) OF LOT TWO (2), IN BLOCK TWO (2) IN
<br />DODD AND MARSHALL'S ADDITION TO WOOD RIVER, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />EXCEPTING THEREFROM A TRACT MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS: THE NORTH
<br />EIGHT -ONE AND TWO TENTHS (81.2) FEET OF THE EAST ONE HALF (E1/2) OF LOT TWO
<br />(2), IN BLOCK TWO (2), IN DODD AND MARSHALL'S ADDITION TO WOOD RIVER, HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully
<br />paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 13th day of August, 2001.
