KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />COMPANY, Trustee, for the benefit of JEFFREY OAKS, INC. the beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated April 12, 2001 and recorded April 13, 2001 in the Register of Deeds Office of
<br />HALL County, Nebraska as Document No. 200103224, and has been paid, and said beneficiary 0,
<br />has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
