<br />14, 1999, make, execute and deliver unto Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, Trustee, a
<br />Deed of Trust wherein said Trustor conveyed the following- described real property:
<br />The Northerly 67.4 Feet of Lot Ten (10), and the Northerly 67.4 Feet of the
<br />Easterly 20 Feet of Lot Nine (9), all in Block Thirteen (13), in Charles
<br />Wasmer's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustor obtained from Major Mortgage, Beneficiary of said
<br />Deed of Trust which was recorded on May 17, 1999, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument No. 99- 105078.
<br />On or about May 14, 1999, Major Mortgage, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and beneficial
<br />interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation. The Assignment was recorded
<br />July 1, 1999, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 99- 106673.
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustor for which the
<br />Trust property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Trustor has failed to pay the Beneficiary payments
<br />which were contractually due.
<br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid principal
<br />balance, together with interest thereon, at once due and payable, and the Trustee has elected to sell or cause
<br />to be sold the real property described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy said obligation.
