FHA MORTGAGE RIDER 89..,. 103819,6 <br />(Assumption Rider) <br />(The term "mortgage" shall be deemed to include "Deed of Trust," as applicable.) <br />This Rider, dated the 26th day of July 19 89 <br />amends the Deed of Trust of even, By. sand between <br />9 IN g F2HIN n PAMLA a FRUIN the Borrower(s), and <br />,,,�„,SwBUS ���. s►vig,M)11L_ _..,_._. , the Trustee, and . <br />the Lender, <br />as follows: <br />One -Time Mortgage insurance Premium <br />1. Subsection la) of Paitagaraoh 2. is deleted. <br />2. Subsection kl (W of Piragre04 2 is deleted. <br />3. In the third sentence of; Paragraph 3, the words "all payments made under the <br />provision of (a) of :Paragraph 2 hereof which the Lender has not become <br />obligated to pay to, the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development and" <br />are deleted. <br />4. The fourth sentence of Paragraph 3 is amended by insertion of a period after <br />". . . then remaining unpaid under said Note" and deletion of the remainder <br />of the sentence. <br />S. Paragraph 12 is amended by the addition of the following: <br />t <br />"This option may not be exercised when the ineligibility <br />for insurance ui•eder the National Housing Act is due to <br />the Lender's fa lure to remit the mortgage insurance <br />premium to -.
