<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That the /HERITAGE FEDERAL

<br />successor to Heritage Federal Savings Bank, Omaha, Nebraska, the
<br />party of the first part, in consideration of the sum of One
<br />Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration, to it in hand
<br />paid by Conservative Savings Bank, the party of the second part,
<br />receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, assigned and
<br />transferred, and, these presents does grant, assign and transfer
<br />unto its successors and assigns, a certain Trust Deed wherein

<br />Janet L. Dvmekl husba d and wife is Trustor, and
<br />is Trustee, which Trust Deed was

<br />recorded the 24thday of Juy , 19 85 , in
<br />instrument,# 85- 00352�of the Mortgage Records of
<br />Hall , County, Nebraska and which Trust Deed was assigned
<br />to HERITAGE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF OMAHA by that Assignment
<br />dated the 28th day of March , 19 90 , and recorded the
<br />30thday of March , 1990 , in HOU Instrument /K 90- 101696
<br />, of the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska
<br />I and all its right, title and interest to the property there
<br />described, as follows, to -wit:
<br />Lot Eleven (11) in Block Nini een (19). in Scarf f's Addition to West Lawn, an
<br />Addition to the City of Grand island, Hall County, Nebraska ;4
