<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, dated March 9. 1998 and recorded March 12, 1998, in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds in HALL COUNTY, Nebraska as Instrument Number 98- 102234 has
<br />been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Partial Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />LOTS ONE (1) AND TWO (2) IN GALVAN'S THIRD SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belong to such premises, it being
<br />the intent that the land hereby conveyed be discharged from said Deed of Trust and that the rest of the
<br />land described remain as heretofore.
