--- <br />!NT, t),'1 <br />nNr- . v y <br />4. <br />r-21 <br />-ti cµ <br />_r. <br />(77 <br />0) <br />NPPD PARTIAL RELEASE OF RIGHT-OF-WAY EASEMENT <br />Attn: Land Mgmt. <br />PO Box 499 <br />Columbus, NE 68602-0499 <br />WHEREAS, Nebraska Public Power District (hereafter called District), a public corporation and <br />political subdivision of the State of Nebraska, and successor in interest to Loup River Public Power <br />District, is the owner of a Right -of -Way Easement recorded on the following described property: <br />THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 9 AND THE WEST HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST <br />QUARTER OF SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 12 NORTH, RANGE 9 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., <br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />WHEREAS, the District has determined that a portion of the Right -of -Way Easement is no longer <br />needed in its entirety for its operations, and that a portion of the Right -of -Way Easement can be released. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the District does hereby release the portion of the Right -of -Way Easement <br />owned by Nebraska Public Power District which was recorded on March 7, 1951 in Miscellaneous Book <br />"W", on Page 51 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, against the following <br />described real estate: <br />THE WEST HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 12 <br />NORTH, RANGE 9 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, SUBJECT TO <br />UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD RIGHT OF WAY AS SHOWN IN MISCELLANEOUS BOOK D, <br />PAGE 162, EXCEPT A STRIP OF LAND, FOR THE RIGHT-OF-WAY OF AN EXISTING <br />ELECTRIC TRANSMISSION LINE. SAID STRIP OF LAND IS 100 FEET IN WIDTH, BEING 50 <br />FEET ON EACH SIDE OF THE APPROXIMATE CENTERLINE OF THE EXISTING ELECTRIC <br />TRANSMISSION LINE, SAID CENTERLINE IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: ENTERING THE <br />PROPERTY ON THE EAST LINE AT A LOCATION APPROXIMATELY 600 FEET SOUTH OF <br />THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID WEST HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER; <br />THENCE, NORTHWESTERLY, LEAVING THE PROPERTY ON THE WEST LINE AT A <br />LOCATION APPROXIMATELY 390 FEET SOUTH OF THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID <br />WEST HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER. <br />THIS PARTIAL RELEASE OF RIGHT-OF-WAY EASEMENT shall not affect the District's original <br />easement rights on the portion of the Right -of -Way Easement retained by the District and shall in no way <br />affect any other easements the District may have on or across said property. <br />Signed this V day of , 2019. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />) ss. <br />COUNTY OF PLATTE ) <br />NEBRASKA PUBLIC POWER DISTRICT <br />Thomas J.
