Weber, a /k /a Frank L. Weber, et al., are the Defendants, the object and prayer of which is to obtain an accounting from said Defendants of the amount due Plaintiff on the Mortgage dated the 20th day of February, 1981, and filed in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on the 20th day of February, 1981, as Document No. 81- 000803, wherein Francis L. Weber, a /k /a Frank L. Weber, then a single person, mortgaged and conveyed the following described real e-.-tate situated in Hall, County, Nebraska, to -wits '. Lot two (2), in Block twenty -six (26) in Packer and Barr's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; to obtain a foreclosure of said Mortgage and to have the same declared a lien upon the interest of Francis L. Weber, a /k /a Frank L. Weber, et al., in said real estate and appurtenances thereto; to have said real estate and appurtenances sold to satisfy the amount so found due, together with the cost of suit and to foreclose the said Defendants of all right, title, interest, lien, claim, demand and equity of redemption whatever in and to the said real estate and appurtenances thereto, together with such other and further relief as to the Court may seem just and equitable.
