KOLAR, single, formerly <br />husband and wife, Grantors, in consideration of SETTLEKHNT AGREEMENT AND OTHER <br />k CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, convey to STANDARD <br />FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, Grantee, the following described real estate (as defined <br />in Nab. Rev.
