Cuddeford, a single person, by and through his Attorney -in - <br />Fact Jeffrey W. Cuddeford ("Owner"), by Deed of Trust dated the 16th day of June, 2018, <br />and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 19th day <br />of July, 2018, as Instrument Number 201804616, conveyed to Cameron E. Guenzel, Trustee, <br />certain real estate described as: <br />Legal: LOT ONE (1), IN BLOCK ONE (1), WESTERHOFF'S SECOND <br />SUBDIVISION, BEING A RESUBDIVISION OF THE SOUTH HALF OF <br />BLOCK THREE (3) AND FOUR (4) AND THE NORTH HALF OF <br />BLOCKS FIVE (5) AND SIX (6), WESTERHOFF'S FIRST SUBDIVISION, <br />IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />Commonly known as 3228 W. 17th Street, Grand Island, Hall County <br />Nebraska 68803 <br />IN TRUST, to secure the payment of the indebtedness mentioned therein; and <br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust has requested the undersigned to <br />execute the within Deed of Reconveyance. <br />NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to the request of the legal holder of the indebtedness <br />secured by said Deed of Trust, the undersigned, as Trustee under said Deed of Trust, hereby <br />remises, releases, and quitclaims unto Owner, without warranty, all the estate and interest <br />derived to such Trustee under said Deed of Trust in and to the property described therein. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the property described in said Deed of Trust together <br />with all and singular the privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of <br />Reconveyance at Lincoln, Lancaster County, Nebraska, on the /211 ---day of April, 2019. <br />Cameron E.
