Meyers, a single person, and <br />Patricia M. Oberg, a single person, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and <br />other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, <br />convey and confirm unto Nathan S.
