<br />K MARSHALL, A SINGLE PERSON as Trustor to U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee for the benefit
<br />of NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY the beneficiary named therein, dated FEBRUARY
<br />22, 2013, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in HALL County, Nebraska, in Book No. ---, at
<br />Page No. --- or as Instrument No. 201301457 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to
<br />NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance
