<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Deed of Trust dated May 19, 2017, executed by Raymond L Stander and Janet M Stander, husband and
<br />wife, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which
<br />was recorded in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document 201703426 on the
<br />24th day of May, 2017,
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank, as
<br />Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as
<br />follows:
<br />A tract of land comprising of Lot Two (2), Hanover Subdivision, being a part of
<br />the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NE1/4NE1/4) of Section Fourteen
<br />(14), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, said tract containing 2.636 acre more or less
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust has been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, this 8th day of April, 2019.
