<br />DUANE C. RIEFLIN, also known as DUANE RIEFLIN and VADA M. RIEFLIN, also
<br />known as VADA RIEFLIN husband and wife, GRANTORS, for and in consideration of TEN
<br />AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($10.00) AND OTHER VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, received
