Smith, an Unmarried Woman, as Trustor on March 1, 2006, <br />in which Five Points Bank, was named as Beneficiary. Said Deed of <br />Trust was filed for record on March 8, 2006 at Instrument No. <br />200602030 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was assigned to Central National Bank <br />on March 1, 2006 by assignment recorded on March 8, 2006 at <br />Instrument No. 200602031 in the office of the Register of Deeds of <br />Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Notice is hereby given that a breach of an obligation for <br />which the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred, the <br />nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure to (1) make debt <br />payments as they became due, or (2) pay taxes. You are hereby <br />notified that because of such default the indebtedness secured by <br />said trust deed is accelerated. Trustor has one month from the <br />date this Notice of Default is given to cure said default. Trustor <br />may make payment to Central National Bank of the amount needed to <br />bring this obligation current.
