COUNTY OF HALL COMES NOW, the undersigned, being first duly sworn upon oath, and deposes and states that the undersigned knows the Decedent and the surviving spouse of the Decedent and that the following information is true and correct. 1. Name of Decedent: Kenneth L. Partridge Date of Death: March 11, 2019 Domicile at Death: Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska Name of Surviving Spouse: Annette M. Partridge Date of Marriage: February 23, 1988 2. The Affiant is the attorney for the Decedent's spouse and, in that capacity, is familiar with the marital status and the death of the Decedent. 3. That there is no federal estate tax, Nebraska inheritance tax or Nebraska estate tax due. 4. Title to the following described real estate is held by the Decedent and the surviving spouse in joint tenancy, to -wit: Part of the Northwest Quarter (NW1/4) of Section Twenty -Two (22), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as: Commencing at the Southeasterly corner of the said intersection of Phoenix and Sycamore Streets in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, thence running Easterly upon the South Boundary line of Phoenix Street a distance of 125 feet to the alley, thence Southerly along and upon the West boundary line of said alley a distance of 108 feet, thence running West parallel to the North boundary line aforesaid a distance of 125 feet to the East boundary line of Sycamore Street, thence running North along and upon the East boundary line of Sycamore Street 108 feet to the place of beginning. 5. As of the date of death, the real estate had a fair market value of $117,629. 6. The Decedent and the surviving spouse were married as of the date of death.
