<br />Mortgagor is indebted to Noirtgajgee in the principal gun of
<br />$60,000.04 evidenced by Nortgagor's' note dated September 27, 1990

<br />the balance of the indebtedness, if not sooner pald, due and payable on

<br />located thereon or in any way pertaining theret.o, and the rents, issues
<br />and profits, reversions and resainders thereof, all of which, including
<br />replacements and additions thereto, is hereby derlared to he it part of
<br />the real estate secured by the lien of this Mortgage and all of the
<br />foregoing being referred to herein as the "Property ".
<br />Mortgagor further convenants and agrees with Mortgagee, as
<br />follows:
