moo■ <br />TJ C n <br />3 rlr'2 <br />g <br />5 <br />01 b <br />00 <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Kansas -Nebraska Association of Seventh -day <br />Adventists, a Charitable Religious Corporation,3440 Urish Road, Topeka KS 66614, in <br />consideration of the sum of $87,655.24 in hand paid, does hereby sell and convey unto Mid- <br />America Union Conference Association of Seventh -day Adventists, a Religious Non -Profit <br />Organization, 8307 Pine Lake Rd, Lincoln NE 68516, the following described premises located in <br />Eeaeerster County, State of Nebraska, to -wit: <br />11011 <br />C: <br />S <br />REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE <br />CJ1 <br />fr1 <br />C7 <br />Cr) <br />Lot 4 of Riverside Farms Second Subdivision, Grand Island, Hall County Nebraska, <br />known as 3205 Garland St, Grand Island NE 68801 <br />the intention being to convey hereby an absolute title in fee simple, including all the rights of <br />homestead and dower. <br />To have and to hold the premises above described, with all the appurtenances thereunto <br />belonging, unto the said Mortgagee and to its successors and assigns forever, provided always, <br />and these presents are upon the express condition that if the said Mortgagor, successors or <br />assigns shall pay or cause to be paid to the said Mortgagee, its successors or assigns, the <br />principal sum of $87,655.24 payable as follows, to -wit: <br />$556.75 per month commencing June 1, 2014 until paid in full with interest at <br />4.5% per annum until paid in full, with final payment due and payable on <br />December 10, 2022 <br />and shall pay all taxes and assessments levied upon said real estate, and all other taxes, levies <br />and assessments levied upon this mortgage or the note which this mortgage is given to secure, <br />before the same becomes delinquent. <br />It is further agreed (1) That if the said Mortgagor shall fail to pay such taxes the said Mortgagee <br />may pay such taxes and the sum so advanced, with interest at 4.5% per annum, shall be repaid <br />by said Mortgagor, and this mortgage shall stand as security for the same.
