<br />THIS DEED, made this `U%' day of hPii / , 2019, between D & A
<br />Investments, LLC, a/k/a D & A Investments, L.L.C., a Nebraska Limited Liability Company,
<br />Beneficiary/Lender; and Weinrich Development, Inc., a Nebraska Corporation, Trustor/Borrower.
<br />WHEREAS, Trustor/Borrower, for valuable consideration and in order to secure to
<br />Beneficiary/Lender the payment of said valuable consideration, did execute a Trust Deed With Future
<br />Advances Provision which was filed on April 21, 2016, and recorded in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of the County of Hall and identified as Instrument No. 201602415, Beneficiary/Lender, D & A
<br />Investments, LLC, a/k/a D & A Investments, L.L.C., a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, conveys
<br />to Trustor/Borrower, Weinrich Development, Inc., a Nebraska Corporation, its successors or assigns,
<br />a certain parcel of real estate described in said Deed as follows, to -wit:
<br />Lot 7, Block 13, Arnold & Abbott's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary/Lender, and Beneficiary/Lender has
<br />requested that the estate conveyed by the said Trust Deed With Future Advances Provision be now
<br />released to said Trustor/Borrower.
<br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Beneficiary/Lender does hereby release, convey and quitclaim
<br />unto said Trustor/Borrower all right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever which he had acquired
<br />in and through the above-described Trust Deed With Future Advances Provision, together with all
<br />appurtenances and privileges thereunto belonging or appertaining.
