1 <br />1 <br />rn <br />rn <br />n � <br />z <br />=no <br />i. <br />This Space Reserved for Register of Deeds <br />,r U"1 <br />(I) <br />P1 <br />I> Cul <br />ORDINANCE NO. 9725 <br />An ordinance creating Sidewalk District No. 1- 2019 of the City of Grand Island, <br />Nebraska; to define the district where sidewalks are to be constructed; to provide for the <br />construction or repair of such sidewalks within the district by paving and all incidental work in <br />connection therewith; provide for certification to the Register of Deeds; assessing the costs of <br />such improvements; and to provide for publication and the effective date of this ordinance. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA: <br />SECTION 1. Sidewalk District No. 1- 2019, of the City of Grand Island, <br />Nebraska is hereby created. <br />SECTION 2. The district where sidewalk shall be constructed shall include the <br />following lots and parcels of grounds: <br />• <br />• <br />Parcel No. 400200394; Lot 3, Hanover Third Subdivision <br />Parcel No. 400437430; Block 2, Lot 1, Neumann Second Subdivision <br />SECTION 3. Said improvement shall be made in accordance with plans and <br />specifications approved by the Engineer for the City, who shall estimate the costs thereof.
