DEED OF DISTRIBUTION <br />BY CO -PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES <br />201902006 <br />SETH E. BOHLENDER and BRYCE E. BOHLENDER, Co -Personal Representatives of <br />the Estate of Jedd E. Bohlender, GRANTORS, conveys and releases to: <br />GRANTEE, SETH E. BOHLENDER, Single, and CODY A. BOHLENDER, Single, <br />GRANTEES, as equal tenants in common, not as joint tenants, the following -described real <br />estate in Hall County, Nebraska, (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76-201): <br />Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SE1/4SE1/4) of <br />Section Twenty (20), in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9)West <br />of the Sixth PM, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as <br />follows to -wit: Beginning at the Southeast corner of Bel -Air Addition to the <br />City of Grand Island, Nebraska; running thence in a Southerly direction <br />along and upon the East line of the SE1/4SE1/4 of said Section 20, for a <br />distance of 225 Feet to the actual point of beginning; thence continuing <br />on said line in a southerly direction for a distance of 55 feet; thence turning <br />and running Westerly parallel to the South line of said Section 20, a <br />distance of 115 Feet; thence turning and running Northerly on a line <br />parallel with the East tine of the SE1/4SE1/4 of said Section 20, a distance <br />of 85 feet thence turning and running Easterly parallel to the <br />South line of said Section 20, a distance of 115 feet to the point of <br />beginning. <br />subject to easements and restrictions of record. <br />GRANTORS have determined that the GRANTEES are the persons entitled to <br />distribution of the above-described real estate from said Estate.
