Wooden, Sr., a single person, GRANTOR, pursuant to the Decree of Dissolution, <br />District Court of Buffalo County, Nebraska, Case No. CI 18-1154, quitclaims and conveys to <br />Beverly A. Wooden, GRANTEE, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. <br />§76-201): <br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter <br />of Section 1, Township 12 North, Range 12 West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, <br />Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest <br />corner of said Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter; thence Northerly along <br />the West line of said Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, a distance of <br />853.81 feet; thence deflecting right 89 degrees 3'40" and running Easterly, a <br />distance of 843.6 feet; to the Westerly right-of-way line of Highway No. 11; thence <br />Southeasterly along said right-of-way line and on the arc of a curve whose radius <br />is 2,784.79 feet (the long chord of which deflects right 66 degrees 9'10" from the <br />last described course; a long chord distance of 577.64 feet; thence deflecting left <br />84 degrees 20' from the long chord of the last described curve and running <br />Northeasterly, a distance of 20.0 feet; thence Southeasterly along said right-of- <br />way line and on the arc of a curve whose radius is 2,804.79 feet (the long chord <br />of which deflects right 94 degrees 01' from the last described course), a long <br />chord distance of 352.28 feet, to a point on the South line of said Northeast <br />Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, thence Westerly along the South line of said <br />Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, a distance of 1,196.64 feet to the <br />place of beginning. <br />subject to easements, restrictions, and encumbrances of record, which are assumed by the <br />Grantee. <br />Executed: <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />COUNTY OF \ <br />On this a day of c , 2019, before me, the undersigned Notary Public <br />duly qualified in and for the said county and state, personally came Roger C.
