<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the Deed
<br />of Trust dated June 11, 2015, and Assignment of Rents dated June 11, 2015, executed by BRIAN C
<br />DUNAGAN and ERIN E DUNAGAN; Husband and Wife; as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank is named as
<br />Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the Register of Deeds Office, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Document No. 201503975 on the 15th of June, 2015, and as Document No. 201503976 on the
<br />15th of June, 2015, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank, as
<br />Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as
<br />follows:
<br />LOT NINE (9) IN WEST BEL AIR FIFTH SUBDIVISION, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust and Assignment of Rents has
<br />been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust and
<br />Assignment of Rents, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, this 27th day of March, 2019.
