Box 28, 320 G Street, Central City, NE 68826 <br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />WHEREAS, Pinnacle Bank, by and through Nathan W. Perry, it's authorized officer, as trustee under the <br />Trust Deed dated 10/03/2007 and recorded on 10/15/2007, recorded as Instrument #0200708816; executed <br />by Margaret R. Kennedy, a Single Person, as trustors in which Pinnacle Bank of Central City is named as <br />beneficiary, and said bank as trustee, and in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska <br />has received from Pinnacle Bank, the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all <br />sums secured by such Trust Deed have been fully paid and that such Trust Deed and the note secured <br />thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned as trustee, for cancellation; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the said <br />bank by and through it's authorized officer as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the <br />person or persons entitled thereto, namely by Margaret R.
