<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, Pinnacle Bank, by and through Nathan W. Perry, it's authorized officer, as trustee under the
<br />Trust Deed dated 10/03/2007 and recorded on 10/15/2007, recorded as Instrument #0200708816; executed
<br />by Margaret R. Kennedy, a Single Person, as trustors in which Pinnacle Bank of Central City is named as
<br />beneficiary, and said bank as trustee, and in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska
<br />has received from Pinnacle Bank, the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all
<br />sums secured by such Trust Deed have been fully paid and that such Trust Deed and the note secured
<br />thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned as trustee, for cancellation;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the said
<br />bank by and through it's authorized officer as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto, namely by Margaret R. Kennedy, a Single Person, the estate now held
<br />by it thereunder, to -wit:
<br />The South Half of the Southwest Quarter (S1/2SW1/4) of Section Seventeen (17), Township Ten (10)
<br />North Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, excluding tract of land more
<br />particularly described in Warranty Deed recorded as Document No. 92-106431 and Deed of
<br />Correction recorded as Document No. 200205796
<br />AND
<br />THE West Half (W1/2) of the Northwest Quarter (NW1/4) of Section Twenty (20), Township Ten (10)
<br />North Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, excluding tract of land more
<br />particularly described in Survivorship Warranty Deed recorded as Document No. 92-104905 and
<br />Warranty Deed recorded as Document No. 92-106428.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Central City,
<br />Merrick County, Nebraska, on December 19, 2018.
