201901867 <br />Section Twenty-five (25), Township Ten (10) North, Range <br />Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, <br />excepting therefrom a tract of land more particularly <br />described in a Warranty Deed recorded at Book 151, Page <br />289 and Warranty Deed as shown in Document No. 92-106426 <br />in the Office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />hereby acknowledge: <br />1. No part of Trustor's homestead is presently, or in the future will be, situated <br />upon the real estate described in the Deed of Trust. <br />2.
