Baack, Attorney, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust dated <br />July 26, 2012, wherein THOMAS M. JEFFERS and ANGELA R. JEFFERS are the Trustors, <br />which was filed of record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on <br />July 31, 2012, as Instrument No. 201206291; and contains as trust property the following - <br />described real estate: <br />Lot Twenty One (21), Block Ten (10), Ashton Place, an Addition to the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; <br />which is commonly known as 2416 West Charles Street, Grand Island, Nebraska; <br />together with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, <br />appurtenances, and fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, as well as all replacements <br />and additions; all of which was referred to in that Deed of Trust as the "Property"; <br />hereby gives notice of default of said Trustors for the reason that said Trustors have failed to <br />make the payments of principal and interest due in respect to the Adjustable Rate Note secured <br />by that Deed of Trust. <br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be <br />sold the above Property to satisfy the obligations of that certain Adjustable Rate Note dated July <br />26, 2012, owing from Trustors to the Beneficiary, HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN <br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, pursuant to the terms of the Deed of Trust referred to <br />above, which secures this obligation. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />) ss: <br />COUNTY OF HALL <br />Bv: <br />Arend R.
