<br />WILLIAM V. WOLBACH, TRUSTEE OF THE WILLIAM VANARASDALE
<br />WOLBACH TRUST AGREEMENT DATED FEBRUARY 2, 1993, AS AMENDED BY
<br />AGREEMENTS DATED JUNE 27, 1996 AND JULY 21, 2011 AND AS FURTHER
<br />AMENDED, GRANTOR, representing a Capital Contribution to GRANTEE, WOLBACH
<br />FARMS L.L.C., a Missouri limited liability company, quitclaims to GRANTEE the following -
<br />described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76-201) situated in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Part of the Northwest Quarter (NW'/4) of Section Seven (7), Township Ten
<br />(10) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at a point on the south line of said NW'/4, said point being Fifty (50.0)
<br />feet east of the southwest corner of said NW1/4, said point also being on the east-
<br />erly Highway right of way line; thence running easterly along and upon the south
<br />line of the NW'/ a distance of Two Thousand Five Hundred Seventy -Three and
<br />Thirty -Nine Hundredths (2,573.39) feet to the southeast corner of said NW'/4;
<br />thence running northerly along upon the east line of said NW'/4 a distance of One
<br />Thousand Seventeen and Thirty -Four Hundredths (1,017.34) feet; thence running
<br />westerly, parallel with the south line of said NW'/4 a distance of Two Thousand
<br />Five Hundred Sixty -Six and Twenty -Two Hundredths (2,566.22) feet to a point
<br />on said easterly Highway right of way line, said point being Fifty (50.0) feet east
<br />of the west line of said NW'/4; thence running southerly along and upon said
<br />easterly Highway right of way line a distance of One Thousand Seventeen and
<br />Nineteen Hundredths (1,017.19) feet to the point of beginning;

<br />Township Nine (9) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,

<br />The Northwest Quarter (NW/14) of Section Eight (8), and Lots Three (3) and
<br />Four (4) on Mainland, and the South half of the Southwest Quarter (S1/2 SW1/4)
<br />of Section Five (5), all in Township Nine (9) North, Range Ten (10), West of the
<br />6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, except Lot One (1), Martin Brothers
<br />Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska.
