<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated September 5, 2014, executed by Michael A Kraft and Lori
<br />G Kraft, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as
<br />Beneficiary, and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as document 201405688 in the Register of
<br />Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 10th day of September, 2014.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deeds, the
<br />23, undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the real estate described to -wit:
