This EXTENSION AGREEMENT made and executed this 6TH day AUGUST, 2001, by and <br />between HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, .s— <br />hereinafter referred to as "Lender ", and C- <br />ERNEST PETERSON AND CHRISTINE Z PETERSON, HUSBAND AND WIFE <br />hereinafter referred to as "Borrower ". <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, borrower has previously executed and delivered unto Lender a certain Note <br />secured by a Deed of Trust/Mortgage upon that real estate described as: <br />LOT FOUR (4) HAVING A LAKE FRONT FOOTAGE OF 100 FEET, SITUATED ON THE EAST <br />SIDE OF THE WEST PORTION OF KUESTER LAKE, AND BEING ON A PART OF THE EAST <br />HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (E 1/i SW' /< ), IN SECTION THIRTEEN (13) <br />TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11) NORTH, RANGE NINE (9) HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, <br />BOUNDED ON THE EASTERLY SIDE BY THE COMMON ROAD <br />which Deed of Trust/Mortgage was dated MARCH 30, 2001, and filed for record on APRIL 11, <br />2001, in the office of the HALL COUNTY REIGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE, HALL COUNTY, <br />NEBRASKA AS DOCUMENT # 200103085, <br />WHEREAS, such Deed of Trust/Mortgage had a stated maturity date of APRIL 1, 2021, <br />WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew and extend the <br />indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust/Mortgage, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and extension, the parties hereto give <br />notice in accord with NEB. REV. STAT. SS 76 -239 of the continued effectiveness of the Deed of <br />Trust/Mortgage above described in the following respects: <br />MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above- described Deed of Trust/Mortgage <br />is hereby AMENDED TO AUGUST 1, 2021. <br />2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS.
