<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Robert K McFarland and aO
<br />Kathleen L McFarland, Husband and Wife to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for the benefit of UNITED
<br />NEBRASKA BANK, the Beneficiary named therein dated January 9, 2001, and recorded January 25, 2001 in the office of
<br />the Register of Deeds df Hall County, Nebraska, in Document #0200100620 of the Trust Deed Records of said County has
<br />been paid and Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
