<br />YOU ARE HEREBY GIVEN NOTICE OF DEFAULT under a Deed of Trust executed May
<br />24, 2007 by DEBRA R. LUTH-PATSIOS and BILL V. PATSIOS a/k/a BILLY V. PATSIOS, wife
<br />and husband, and SHARON L. LUTH and ERVIN L. LUTH, wife and husband, to AREND R.
<br />BAACK, named as Trustee and HOME FEDERAL SAVING AND LOAN ASSN OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, as Beneficiary, and which was filed for record on May 31, 2007 as Instrument No. 0200704497
<br />in office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. MATTHEW E. ECK was appointed as
<br />Successor Trustee, replacing AREND R. BAACK by virtue of a Substitution of Trustee filed on October
<br />7, 2016 as Instrument No. 201606679 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Said Deed of Trust conveys property legally described as follows:
<br />LOT TWO (2), BLOCK TWO (2), PLEASANT VIEW TWELFTH SUBDIVISION, IN
<br />THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non-payment of
<br />the installment payments due under the Deed of Trust. In addition, Trustor is hereby liable to the
<br />Successor Trustee, Matthew E. Eck, for all fees and costs associated with this default and recoverable
<br />pursuant to Nebraska statute §76-1012.
<br />By virtue of said default, the Successor Trustee has determined to sell or cause to be sold the trust
<br />property to satisfy the obligation referred to above.
<br />The default may be cured within one (1) month of the filing of this Notice, and the obligation and
<br />Deed of Trust may be thereby reinstated as provided in §76-1012.
