Said Deed of Trust <br />was filed for record on December 12, 2003 at Instrument No. <br />200315977 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was assigned to Commercial Federal <br />Bank, a Federal Savings Bank on December 10, 2003 by assignment <br />recorded on December 12, 2003 at Instrument No. 200315978 in the <br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. Said <br />Deed of Trust was assigned to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. on June 14, <br />2012 by assignment recorded on July 13, 2012 at Instrument No. <br />201205732 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />Notice is hereby given that a breach of an obligation for <br />which the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred, the <br />nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure to (1) make debt <br />payments as they became due, or (2) pay taxes. You are hereby <br />notified that because of such default the indebtedness secured by <br />said trust deed is accelerated. Trustor has one month from the <br />date this Notice of Default is given to cure said default. Trustor <br />may make payment to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. of the amount needed to <br />bring this obligation current.
