Stehlik, Trustee and Grantor, in performance of said trust and by virtue of the <br />power and authority given in and by such instrument, and in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) <br />and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, quitclaims <br />and reconveys to Stephanie Brandenburg, Trustor, the following described real estate (as defined <br />in Nebraska Revised Statutes 76-201) in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast <br />Quarter (E 1 /2S W 1 /4NE 1 /4) of Section Ten (10) in Township <br />Eleven (11) North of Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., Hall <br />County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: <br />Commencing at a point Two Hundred Sixty Four (264) Feet North <br />of the Southeast Corner of the Southwest Quarter (SW1/4) of the <br />Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) of said Section Running Thence West <br />for a distance of Three Hundred and Thirty (330) Feet; Thence <br />running North for a distance of One Thousand and Fifty Six (1056) <br />feet; Thence running East for a distance of Three Hundred Thirty <br />(330) feet to the Northeast corner of the Southwest Quarter of the <br />Northeast Quarter (SW1/4NE1/4)of said section and thence <br />running South a distance of One Thousand and Fifty Six (1056) <br />feet to the place of beginning, excepting therefrom a tract of land <br />more particularly described in the report of appraisers recorded in <br />the together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and <br />appurtenances belonging to such premises. <br />This Reconveyance is made in satisfaction of the obligation secured by the Trust Deed dated <br />April 28, 2016 and recorded May 3, 2016 entered as Instrument No. 201602701, in the office of <br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />DATED this /9 day of March 2019. <br />C <br />Galen E.
