<br />herein called the Grantor, in consideration of the sum of One Hundred
<br />Dollars and other valuable consideration, received from BRANSON MOTEL
<br />ASSOCIATES, INC.. a Nebraska corporation whose address is Suite 200,
<br />10707 Pacific Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68114, herein called the Grantee,
<br />does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto said Grantee

<br />Grantor has good right and lawful authority to convey the same; and that
<br />Grantor Warrants and will defend the title to said premises against the
<br />lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
