<br />WHEREAS, Cornerstone Bank, York, Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated 04-28-
<br />2014, executed by Timothy J. Turek and Kila M. Turek, Husband and Wife; as Trustor(s), in which The
<br />State Bank of Hildreth, Hildreth, Nebraska, (now Cornerstone Bank, by change of name) is named as
<br />Beneficiary, and the undersigned as trustee, and recorded 05-16-2014, entered as instrument no. 201402936,
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, has received from the Beneficiary
<br />thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been
<br />fully paid and that such Deed of Trust and the Note secured thereby have been surrendered to the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee for cancellation.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of the Deed of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />therein, all the estate and interest derived in the Trustee under the Deed of Trust in the following described
<br />real estate, to -wit:
<br />The South Half of the Southwest Quarter (Sl/2SW1/4) of Section Thirty (30), Township Eleven (11), North, Range Eleven (11)
<br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska EXCEPT a tract more particularly described in Deed recorded in the Register of
<br />Deeds Office in Book 78, Page 304 and EXCEPT a tract more particularly described in Warranty Deed recorded in the Register
<br />of Deeds Office in Book 118, Page 551 and EXCEPT a tract of land comprising a part of the South Half of the Southwest Quarter
<br />(S1/2SW1/4) of Section Thirty (30), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6'h P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the south line of said South Half of the Southwest
<br />Quarter (S 1/2SW 1/4), said point being Four Hundred Fifteen (415.0) feet east of the southwest corner of said South Half of the
<br />Southwest Quarter (S1/2SW1/4); thence running easterly, along and upon the south line of said South Half of the Southwest
<br />Quarter (SI/2SW1/4), a distance of Three Hundred (300.0) feet; thence deflecting left 90° 00'00" and running northerly, a
<br />distance of Three Hundred Fifty (350.0) feet: thence deflecting left 90° 00'00" and running westerly, parallel with said South
<br />Half of the Southwest Quarter (S1/2SW1/4), a distance of Three Hundred (300.0) feet; thence deflecting left 90° 00'00' and
<br />running southerly, a distance of Three Hundred Fifty (350.0) feet to the point of beginning.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Cornerstone Bank, York, Nebraska, has caused this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance to be executed by Daryl L. Wilton, Executive Vice President -Chief Credit Officer and has
<br />caused its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed on March 12, 2019.
