<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by MARCELLA M
<br />GREENWOOD AND JERRY GREENWOOD. HUSBAND AND WIFE I to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK,
<br />Trustee for the benefit of UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, the Beneficiary named therein dated MARCH 10, 1998
<br />and recorded MARCH 13,1998 AND APRIL 3,1998 in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL
