<br />WHEREAS, All of the indebtedness secured by the DEED OF TRUST executed by Robert Michael
<br />Krolikowski and Sheila Marie Krolikowski, husband and wife, to Jerry J. Milner, a member of Nebraska
<br />Bar Association, as Trustee for the benefit of THE ASSOCIATES FINANCIAL SERVICES COMPANY,
<br />INC., SUCCESSOR IN INTERST TO ASSOCIATES FINANCIAL SERVICES COMPANY OF O
<br />NEBRASKA, INC., BY MERGER DATED 10/18/99, the Beneficiary named therein, dated August 14th,
<br />1998 and recorded September 9`h, 1998, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument Number 98- 108792 has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed
<br />of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these present, grant, remise, release, and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
