Jacobs and Shawn M. Jacobs, <br />Trustees of The Jacobs Family Revocable Trust, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of <br />One Dollar and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby <br />grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Gerald L. Eggert and Maureen E.
