Mendoza f/k/a Elizabeth A. Reyes <br />and Jose L. Mendoza, wife and husband, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar <br />and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, <br />sell, convey and confirm unto Jose C.
