<br />presents mke, constitute and appoint my wife, Irene D. Pearce, and Jean Ann Fisher,
<br />AND Eli= OF THEM, as sty ,Attorneys -in -Fact, to do for me and on my behalf, any of
<br />the following:
<br />1. To withdraw by check or otherwise fruit any checking account or
<br />savings account which I may have.
<br />2. To endorse checks for deposit to my checking account or savings
<br />account and to receive any property or credits owned by me, in-
<br />cluding any monies payable to ttte by any govermlental agency, bly
<br />Attorneys -in -Fact, or either of then, shall have full authority to
<br />redeem, have reregistered, or have reissued any bond, note, bill,
<br />warrant, certificate or other evidence of indebtedness owned by
<br />me (including any such items owned by me as a co -owner or joint
<br />tenant) and issued by the United States, any other country, any
<br />state, municipality, or other govern»ental subdivision or govern -
<br />mental agency.
<br />I To sell or lease any assets owned by me, whether real estate or
<br />personal property and including homestead property and stocks and
<br />bonds, at such prices, on such tens, for such length of teen, and
<br />in such manner, whether at private or public sale or negotiaticn
<br />as my Attorneys- in-Fact deem advisable. '!hey may convey any pro- i
<br />perty so sold by them by instruments of conveyance with custanary
<br />warranties. They may enter any safety deposit box I lease and may
<br />remove any items therefrom. 'Ibey are empowered to make gifts for me.
<br />. To encer into agreements perraining tO atty property -or interest in
<br />property owned by me and on such teniis as my Attorneys -in -Fact deem
<br />advisable. Ibis shall include contracts for goods, repairs. nwrove-
<br />awilt'a, replaco=M-ttts, and perscA ai set-vices for the maintenance -of my
<br />property; and to borrow funds and mortgage property therefor.
<br />S. In general, to enter into any business transactions pertaining to
<br />my property and for my maintenance as fully as I could do it my-
<br />self. They are fully empowered to sign my income tax returns and
<br />related documents.
<br />6. To enter into any cotracts or agreements for any medical, donicil-
<br />iarj� jn or other care ne4ded by me as determined to be in'my best in-
<br />terests by either of my Attorneys- in-Fact, and pay all fees and r-=
<br />ci;rges necessary for my maintenance and care. To authorize any
<br />medkiil procedures for me.
<br />I ratify'and confirm all acts done by my Attorneys -in -Fact, or either of '
<br />thm,under this Power of Attorney. Either of my Attorneys-in -Fact are specifi-
<br />cally empowered to act under this Power of Attorney independently of the other,
<br />and any decision or action by ether of then need not be ,joined, ist,and consented
<br />to by the other. I reserve th6- .right to revoke this Power of Attximey by the
