M. Metz a/k/a Jeanne M. Metz n/k/a <br />Jeanne M. Ewoldt and Jeffrey Ewoldt, wife and husband, Grantor, whether one or more, in <br />consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, <br />does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto William D. Kluver and Alecia L.
