<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Deed of Trust dated February 27, 2017, executed by Jay E Stewart and Alice J Stewart, husband and wife,
<br />as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was
<br />recorded in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska as document 201701439 on the 6th day of
<br />March, 2017
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank, as
<br />Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as
<br />follows:
<br />A TRACT OF LAND COMPRISING ALL OF THE W1/2 NW1/4 NE1/4 NW1/4 OF SECTION 25,
<br />TOWNSHIP 11 NORTH, RANGE 10 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, EXCEPT A
<br />TRACT OF LAND LYING IN THE NORTHWEST CORNER, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS
<br />FOLLOW: BEGINNING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE NE1/4 NW1/4, SAID POINT ALSO
<br />BEING THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF HAYMAN'S SUBDIVISION; THENCE RUNNING SOUTHERLY
<br />ALONG AND UPON THE WEST LINE OF SAID NE1/4 NW1/4, A DISTANCE OF 133 FEET; THENCE
<br />EASTERLY PARALLEL TO THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 25 A DISTANCE OF 100 FEET;
<br />THENCE NORTHERLY PARALLEL TO THE WEST LINE OF SAID NE1/4 NW1/4, A DISTANCE OF 133
<br />FEET TO A POINT ON THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 25; THENCE WESTERLY ALONG AND
<br />UPON THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 25 A DISTANCE OF 100 FEET TO THE PLACE OF
<br />BEGINNING. ALSO EXCEPTING A TRACT OF LAND DEEDED TO JAMES H. MOON AND PAULING
<br />M. MOON BY JOINT TENANCY WARRANTY DEED DATED JUNE 12, 1981 AND RECORDED
<br />DECEMBER 31, 1981 AS DOCUMENT NO. 81-006337 OF THE RECORDS OF HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust has been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, this 4th day of March, 2019.
