KRAFT and <br />LORI G. KRAFT, husband and wife, as the Trustors, in which FIVE POINTS BANK was <br />named Beneficiary and Trustee, and filed of record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, on November 2, 2015, as Instrument No. 201507559, upon the following - <br />described property to -wit: <br />Lot Two (2), Hagges' Third Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska; <br />which is commonly known as 1413 Stolley Park Rd, Grand Island, Nebraska 68801; <br />together with all rights, easements, appurtenances, royalties, mineral rights, oil and gas rights, all <br />water and riparian rights, ditches and water stock and all existing or future improvements, <br />structures, fixtures, and replacements that may now, or at any time in the future, be part of the <br />real estate described above (all referred to as the "Property"). <br />By: <br />Brandon S.
