McDermott, Attorney at Law, Trustee, and is with reference to Dee f Trust wherein <br />George A. DeMary is Beneficiary and Duane D. Stout and Michelle D. Stout, husband and wife, <br />are Trustor and John B. McDermott, Attorney at Law, is Trustee; <br />WHEREAS, Trustor, for valuable consideration and in order to secure to Beneficiary the <br />payment of valuable consideration, did execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on April 3, <br />2000, and identified as Instrument No. 200002574, conveying to Trustee, his successors and <br />assigns, a certain parcel of real estate described in said Deed as follows, to -wit: <br />Lot Six (6), Block Four (4), of Rollins Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska <br />AND WHEREAS, Trustors defaulted and voluntarily surrendered possession of the real <br />estate back to the Beneficiary, and Beneficiary has requested that the estate conveyed by the said <br />Deed of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore mentioned and described be now <br />released back to the Beneficiary. <br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey and quitclaim unto <br />the Beneficiary all right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever which was acquired in and <br />through the above-described Deed of Trust, together with all appurtenances and privileges <br />thereunto belonging or appertaining. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />SS: <br />COUNTY OF HALL <br />JO B. cDERMO , TRUSTEE <br />The foregoing Deed of Reconveyance was acknowledged before me on <br />, 2019, by John B.
