O'Nele, a single person, Grantor, in consideration of the exchange of real <br />estate and other valuable consideration received from Grantee, Susan G. O'Nele, Trustee of the <br />James P. O'Nele III and Susan G. O'Nele Living Trust, dated July 29, 1997, conveys to Grantee, <br />the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev.
